Opportunity Overview
The Department of Employment and Labour is inviting applications for the position of Senior Practitioner: Recruitment and Selection. This role is based at the Provincial Office in Mpumalanga, specifically supporting Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) Services.
This position is key to managing human resource processes, including recruitment, selection, and conditions of service within the department. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: Two (2) years of functional experience in a Human Resources Management environment, specifically dealing with conditions of service, recruitment, and selection.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Practitioner will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conducting recruitment and selection processes for COID Services in the Province.
- Developing and maintaining the database for filled and vacant posts for COID Services in the Province.
- Performing conditions of service processes for COID Services in the Province.
- Administering the PERSAL establishment for COID Services in the Province.
- Ensuring the safe keeping of all Human Resource records for COID Services in the Province.
