Opportunity Overview
The DHL Group is offering a 12-month Gen Z Internship Programme for 2026/2027, based in Midrand. This programme is designed to provide comprehensive hands-on experience within a leading global logistics company.
Participants will gain practical exposure, develop valuable workplace skills, and build a strong foundation for their future careers. The internship includes structured learning, development opportunities, and mentorship from experienced DHL professionals, all within a supportive and high-performance culture. A monthly living allowance/stipend is provided.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Have recently completed Grade 12/Matric.
- Hold a post-matric qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent).
- Have no prior work experience.
- Possess good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Show good numerical ability.
- Have intermediate computer and MS Office skills.
- Be eager to learn, grow, and contribute.
- Have not previously participated in the YES Programme.
Key Responsibilities
During the internship, participants will gain practical, hands-on experience primarily within the Operations and Customer Service departments. This will involve exposure to a global business environment and engagement in tasks that contribute to career-readiness and the development of workplace skills.
