Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
  • South African citizen with a valid ID
  • Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
  • Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
  • Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities

During this learnership you will:

  • Assisting customers in the pharmacy front shop
  • Supporting stock control and merchandising of health products
  • Operating point-of-sale and loyalty systems
  • Learning basic healthcare product knowledge
  • Completing NQF 4 learnership assessments

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R4 500 – R5 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
