Opportunity Overview

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- SAESI Higher Diploma in Fire Technology, or IFE Level 4 Certificate, or Completed National Diploma in Fire Technology or Equivalent Service-Related Qualification
- SHE Manager certification
- Presenting and Presiding Officer certification
- Computer Proficiency on Windows Office programs
- Valid EC Driver's License with PrDP
- 7 Years’ experience in a similar environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a functional unit within a division that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives.
- Plan, organise, assess, monitor, lead, and control specialised vehicles and equipment activities and initiatives.
- Ensure that SOPs, processes, procedural guides, and quality and service standards are developed, maintained, understood, and implemented.
- Ensure proper record keeping in the Auxiliary Services.
- Adhere to governance and risk management in terms of legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Develop a customer service excellence culture and care for other person's life and/or assets without favour and/or prejudice.
- Continuous assessment of own performance, professional interactions, and ethical dealings with stakeholders/clients and co-workers.
