During this learnership you will:

• Learning Capitec’s simplified banking model and digital onboarding tools
• Assisting clients with the Global One account and app
• Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Resolving first-line client queries and escalating appropriately
• Meeting service quality and learning milestones throughout the programme

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R5 000 – R5 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
