Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service to investors, potential investors, and independent financial advisers via various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Build trust and confidence by explaining Allan Gray's investment philosophy and long-term approach to investing.
• Educate clients by sharing product and fund knowledge to empower them in making informed investment decisions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Actively participate in the organisation’s drive towards continuous improvement by contributing solutions to client problems.
