Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be recently qualified graduates holding a National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:

- Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management (SCM): National Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Risk Management: National Diploma or Degree in Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- Safety / Environmental Management: National Diploma or Degree in Safety / Environmental Management.
- Human Resources: Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Accounting: Degree in Accounting.
- Communication: National Diploma or Degree in Communications or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
As a Young Professional-in-Training, responsibilities will include:
- Delivering specific tasks within a designated work-stream or department.
- Shadowing various staff members to observe and learn operational processes.
- Actively participating in structured learning experiences.
- Attending relevant meetings and workshops.
- Gaining practical experience through exposure to various working functions within the department.
