Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, recording, and issuing tag stock, equipment, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate stock records and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare parcels for dispatch to customer service centres, toll plazas, mobile operations vehicles, and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and confirm their receipt with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory registers are updated.
• Ensure storage areas are organised and compliant with safety requirements.
• Assist with stock preparation for mobile operations vehicles.
• Support readiness activities and the replenishment of operational supplies.
• Prepare delivery notes, stock transfer forms, and dispatch registers.
• Update systems and assist with compiling weekly/monthly logistics reports.
• Respond to stock or logistics queries from internal teams.
• Escalate any operational issues to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and internal stock-handling procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper record-keeping for all logistics operations.

What the Work Involves

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the intern will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of ICT logistics. This includes the crucial tasks of managing inventory, from receiving and accurately recording incoming stock to preparing and issuing equipment and consumables.
