Minimum Requirements

- Hold a relevant, completed tertiary qualification (a 3-year Degree or a 3-year Diploma).
- Your qualification must align with the field of the internship you are applying for. Specific requirements for each role are:
- Project Manager / Project Management Intern: 3-year Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Finance Intern: 3-year Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Science, or related fields.
- Creative Designer / Art Director / Multimedia Designer Intern: 3-year Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, Digital Design, or related creative fields.
- OOH Intern: 3-year Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Communications, Operations, or related fields.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to participate in a 12-month internship based in Johannesburg from 01 September 2026.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in various tasks and gain valuable experience, including:
- Supporting the day-to-day work within their allocated agency or department.
- Assisting with live projects, campaign tasks, production coordination, finance administration, creative development, or Out-of-Home (OOH) activities, depending on the role.
- Working closely with team members, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Attending meetings, contributing ideas, taking notes, and following up on agreed actions.
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports, schedules, or project trackers as required.
- Learning how agency teams collaborate to deliver work for clients.
- Gaining practical workplace experience in a professional agency environment.
- Understanding how creative, project management, production, finance, and OOH teams operate.
- Developing communication, prioritisation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Receiving career guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

What an internship actually is
