Minimum Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Degree (NQF 7)
• South African citizen with a valid ID
• Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
• Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
• Clear criminal record
• Completed degree/diploma (Retail, Business, Fashion or related)
• Strong Excel skills

Key Responsibilities

During this internship you will:

• Supporting merchandise planning and range analysis
• Assisting buyers with supplier and trend research
• Analysing sales, markdown and stock-turn data
• Preparing reporting packs for category reviews
• Completing a structured graduate rotation plan

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R8 000 – R10 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 7 qualification on successful completion.
