Opportunity Overview
The Mpumalanga Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land & Environmental Affairs is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Director: Environmental Compliance & Enforcement Services. This key position is located within the Chief Directorate: Environmental Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance Services at the Department's Head Office.

Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Law (LLB), Environmental Management, or Environmental Law, coupled with extensive knowledge in compliance or regulatory studies.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience at a Middle/Senior managerial level within the environmental compliance and enforcement sector.
- Possession of a Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry certificate (required prior to appointment).
- Designation as an Environmental Management Inspector (EMI).
- A Master’s Degree qualification will be considered an added advantage.
