Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Degree (NQF 7)
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
- Relevant completed health-sciences qualification
- HPCSA registration where applicable
Key Responsibilities
During this internship you will:
- Supporting clinical and administrative functions under supervision
- Assisting with patient records and data capture
- Participating in quality-improvement and infection-control initiatives
- Supporting community health outreach programmes
- Completing the structured internship logbook
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R7 000 – R9 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 7 qualification on successful completion.
