Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma (NQF 6)
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
- National Diploma in Tourism/Travel Management
- Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
During this internship you will:
- Supporting tour bookings, itineraries and customer service
- Assisting with destination marketing and content
- Capturing visitor and booking data
- Helping coordinate tours and events
- Completing a structured internship logbook
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R6 000 – R7 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 6 qualification on successful completion.
