Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma (NQF 6)
  • South African citizen with a valid ID
  • Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
  • Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
  • Clear criminal record

During this internship you will:

  • Supporting terminal and airside operations monitoring
  • Assisting with safety and compliance audits
  • Collecting and reporting passenger-flow and service data
  • Coordinating with airlines and ground handlers under supervision
  • Completing a structured internship development plan

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R7 000 – R8 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 6 qualification on successful completion.
